Defending federal workers

From federal workers and critical benefits to DEI initiatives and constitutional rights, we are under attack. The reckless actions of the Trump-Vance administration threaten the very foundation of our democracy and the well-being of our constituents.

Prince George’s County is home to a dedicated federal workforce, diverse communities, and organizations that rely on government support to serve those in need. The sweeping executive orders and policy changes coming from Washington have far-reaching consequences, and while we are still uncovering their full impact, one thing is certain: we will not stand idly by.

I am teaming up with unions, advocacy groups, and attorneys—in the courts and Congress, to fight back against these unlawful attacks. Every day brings a new battle, but we will not give up an inch to this administration. This fight will take all of us, and together, we will stand strong.
